Here’s what I’ve found to be the most efficient way to begin therapy with me:
1) Fill out this form, and in the message indicate when in the next few days you have 15 minutes for a phone screening; to make sure on my end that there aren’t issues way outside of scope of expertise, and for you to get a sense of how I might tackle what it is you are bringing in to our work. Also, providing bigger blocks of time can make this process even more efficient.
2) I’ll respond within 24 hours (or hopefully sooner) to let you know when I will plan on calling you, based on your availability.
3) Then when we speak we can schedule a first session, provided we both feel we are a good fit to work together.
